Getting into my router

I tried going into it again today and i was forced to setup a smart wifi account. How do I go about getting into my router locally without going through the smart wifi web account. I confirmed my router IP is still 192.168.1.1 and also tried myrouter.local both require me to sign via the smart wifi web access.
